Daily Horoscope

You are ready to stretch your wings as you realize that pretty much anything is possible. The limitations that you have placed on yourself have done a good job of keeping your feet on the ground, but now you are ready to fly. Whatever you think you want to do will begin in your mind. Dream about it first, and then go ahead and make it happen.

Don't dream it...Be it... :P  (Sorry, that horoscope definitely thrust that song into my brain!)

Mr. Bear 1990-2006

Mom called me yesterday to tell her one of her doggies died - Mr. Bear.  He had a long life though. He was 16, and had doggy altzheimers. Mom had to watch him like a hawk because he'd stumble off to the woods and get lot. Or she'd just find him somewhere around with his face planted against the wall.

Anyway, he was the last of that litter. Bitty, his sister/littermate, died just a few weeks ago. All our dogs are geriatrics. I've often teased mom that she now runs a doggy nursing home. She's got only four dogs left. I have two. All our pets were rescues, and I'm glad they we were able to give them a home. But I can honestly say I never want another pet after these are gone. It's too heartbreaking when they pass away.

Cappy in Action

I was just browsing my astrology page and discovered Full moon is in Cappy this week. I really, really need this hardworker energy!

This week's Full Moon in earthy Capricorn has the power to stimulate your desire to succeed. The persistent mountain goat beckons you to "pay attention to your goals ... and climb even higher than you thought you could." If you rise to the occasion, you might find yourself just a stone's throw away from big successes.
